- Enkept HRMS aims to provide 99%+ uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
- In case of unforeseen downtime, efforts will be made to restore service at the earliest.
- Maintenance & Updates
- Regular updates will be provided to enhance system features and security.
- Critical security patches will be deployed as needed without prior notice.
- Feature enhancements and non-critical updates will be available without notice.
- Support Availability
- Email Support: Available at support@enkept.com with a response time of 7 business day for related queries.
- Priority Support: Available for enterprise customers as per the agreed SLA.
- Help Documentation & Training: Online resources and training materials will be provided for onboarding and troubleshooting.
