3. Location Data
  For attendance and tracking features, Enkept may collect location data when explicitly allowed by the user.

Where enabled by the customer organization, Enkept may collect and process facial photographs, biometric face data, fingerprints, or other biometric information solely for attendance verification, identity verification, fraud prevention, secure authentication, and other workforce management features provided by Enkept.
Enkept does not use face data or biometric information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the services requested by the customer organization.
The collection, sharing, storage, security, retention, deletion, and user rights applicable to face data and biometric information are governed by the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy, including Data Sharing and Transfers, Data Security, User Rights, and Retention of Data.
Where face data or biometric information is processed by authorized third-party service providers on Enkept's behalf, such providers are contractually required to maintain the same or an equivalent level of protection for such data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Where consent is required under applicable law, users may withdraw their consent for the collection or use of face data or biometric information by contacting their organization administrator or Enkept at support@enkept.com. Withdrawal of consent may limit the availability of biometric-based features. Users may also request deletion of their face data or biometric information in accordance with the User Rights section of this Privacy Policy.
International Access and Compliance
Although Enkept is based in India and complies with Indian data protection laws, users from other countries may access our services. By using Enkept, users acknowledge and agree that their data will be processed and stored in India.
